Gift Rules

1. Eligibility: Gifts are only available to customers who meet the specified conditions (e.g., minimum purchase, event participation, or loyalty program).

2. One Per Person: Only one gift per customer is allowed unless stated otherwise. Multiple claims will be disqualified.

3. No Exchange or Refund: Gift items cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.

4. Stock Limitation: Gifts are subject to availability. Once stock is depleted, no replacements will be provided.

5. Delivery: Gift items are usually delivered together with the main purchase unless specified otherwise.

6. Abuse Prevention: Any attempt to exploit or abuse the gift system may result in a ban or cancellation of the gift.
